Maxine Ricketts, AI4C Chairman, was invited to speak on Artificial Intelligence and the charity sector in the first of a series of presentations on Future Crime and a Changing World being run by the Home Office.
Aimed primarily at government policy makers and Home Office charity policy partners, the talks are a series of mini seminars and Q&A sessions covering a wide range of policy areas including violence against women, gangs, county lines, fraud, exploitation, counter extremism and terrorism.
Maxine’s session was well received and attended by more than 70 people via Zoom.
These are the first technology-based talks to be organised by the Home Office, who are working closely with Professor Shane Johnson of UCL Dawes Centre and Roy Isbell of the WCIT Security Panel.
AI4C charity members are welcome to attend.
